    I barely made it. I was jus not feeling it today!

    I ran for about 30 mins and then walked at a fast pace. 1st time in a long time I got more then 30 mins.

    My son was home sick so I got to run 1 mile then did another when he passed out but all was good.

    1st time trying this and let me say it kicked my butt! It was an hour class but I could only do 45 mins and then did the walk of shame, sneaking out of the class. I'm still hurting.

    After being sick off and on for what seemed like 2 weeks, I felt better to running on the treadmill. I did 3.2 miles with a 3% incline, then 2 miles on the bike.

      My wife and daughter can't/won't walk Molly on-leash because she's so strong. Hope he learns to ignore the squirrels or you're going to have really long arms!

      Arm curls with the leash. They count... 56 pounds plus the pull of the dog probably added up to a good 80 pounds.

      He'll get better Valerie. My grown dog is about 95 pounds, he has learned over time not to do that. It did take baout a year, and I waited about a year to start him running so all of his joints and bones would be developed appropriately.
