    good treadmill 3 mi

    day 2 of the C25K. felt good, not as good as monday. did the extra 5 minutes at the end. more of a struggle today.

    good run/walk. doing day 1 of the C25K. felt good so i ran through the last 60 sec run and into the the 5min cooldown. averaged 11 min mile while running.

  3. doing the C25K...again. I'm going to finish this time! 5K in 9wks.

    ok swim. trying bilat breathing, having a hard time with my right side.

    went for a ride with antonia and the baby, had a good time. 1st time on the bike in a while, a little sore after. our new wed routine.

    run was ok. got home from the swim and felt like i still had alot of energy, decided to do the C25K 3rd run. I guess my body was tired b/c the run portion was hard but i finished!

    checked out the art star craft bazaar at penns landing and walked back to the subway at south st. not much of a workout but better then nothing at all.

    planned on a swim but couldnt make it there before they closed. did day 2 of the couch to 5k instead. good run/walk, same as yesterday 60s run/90s walk for 20min total.
