    Ran faster than last time but I felt slow and labored.

    Today's plan was to see how fast I could run a 5K now after all of this half-marathon training. Broke my PR by 33 seconds! Ran non-stop.

    Cold, but I felt strong. First time with the water belt and Body Glide.

    It was warmer today, and I felt really good. Faster pace than normal!

  6. goodBreakwater Trail 7 mi / 01:24 11:58 pace

    Trail was packed with snow. I felt sick to my stomach around 3.5 miles, so I had to walk a little more than usual. Tried the Luna Moons for the first time. Took a while to get them unstuck from my teeth, but they tasted good.

    First time trying Gu Energy gel. Helped a lot!

      I had the Chocolate one. I was scared to try it, but I thought it was a nice treat during my run. Tasted like chocolate syrup!
