    Another 3 miles in the books with no walk breaks! Pretty tough doing runs 2 days in a row... need to stop doing that.

      Nice run! The pace will pickup as you increase your mileage! Do 20 seconds hard sprint during your runs will improve your speed ! Try to do about 3 x20 sec in a 3 mile run !!
