I did not feel like running, but as soon as the sidewalk started flowing beneath me, I really got going fast.
My average pace was below 7:30 if the street-light stops were to be removed. The result of this run was a busted up body. There are quite a few sore muscles, as well as feet who are unhappy with both my shoes and the speed they had to go.
