  1. RUN
    great 5.08 mi 00:42 08:16 pace

Beautiful sunny day made me think wearing shorts would be enough with it being 38* outside. I was wrong. I was cold the whole time. Good run still though.

  2. RUN
    great 5 mi 00:42 08:18 pace

Pouring rain, decided to head out anyway. First run post Christmas. Felt great.

  3. RUN
good Short Neighborhood Run 3.82 mi 00:32 08:22 pace

Took a week off from running over vacation. First run back. Legs felt super fresh. Glad I didn't have time to run much longer though.

  4. RUN
    great 5.26 mi 00:44 08:21 pace

Radar shows only yellow and orange. Did my best to try and sneak in between 2 bands of rain. First mile it was a light rain and then it just poured the rest of the time. Wet (completely soaked), co... read more

  5. RUN
good Short Neighborhood Run 3.82 mi 00:33 08:38 pace

Short run of the week. Still getting used to the cold weather. Sadly 46* felt cold for most of the run. I hate running in pants but I might need to switch cause my legs never warmed up.

  6. RUN
    good 6.8 mi 00:55 08:05 pace

Cold cold run. Felt a bit like cross country skiing in Alaska. 26* with no sunshine. Typical cold weather run. Shallow breathing and sore legs but obviously I ran harder to stay warm. Great pace.

  7. RUN
good Short Neighborhood Run 3.82 mi 00:31 08:12 pace

Winter is starting to set in around here. That was a cold run. 42* and cloudy.

  8. RUN
    good 9er 7.88 mi 01:06 08:23 pace

Legs definitely feel tight and sore but during the run they held up pretty well. One of the longer runs I've gone on in the past month.

  9. RUN
    good 9er 7.5 mi 01:02 08:16 pace

Windy and incredibly wet. Mostly glad it's over.

  10. RUN
    good 9er 7.1 mi 01:00 08:25 pace

First 5.5 miles were really great. Especially the first 3 which are all uphill. I was feeling great. But the last 1.5 or so were just brutal. Knees were sore and tight. Not a fun way to end.

  11. RUN
    good 4 mi 00:33 08:15 pace

Took the last 4 days off. Felt good to get back out there. First run in long sleeves since June. Weird.

  12. RUN
    good 9er 7.8 mi 01:06 08:24 pace

Longest run in a while. Sun even decided to come out towards the end. Felt decent all throughout.

  13. RUN
    good 4 mi 00:34 08:26 pace

Short run. Not enough time in the day to get anything longer in.

  14. RUN
    alright 7.05 mi 01:00 08:30 pace

One of those runs when my legs felt great/lungs didn't at the beginning. And then at the end my legs were mush and my lungs were great. Hate those runs.

  15. RUN
    great 5.36 mi 00:43 07:55 pace

Bad day at work, haven't ran that hard...well ever.

  16. RUN
    good 5.26 mi 00:45 08:33 pace

75* sunny and a little humid for Oregon. Decent run, never felt great but it wasn't bad either.

  17. RUN
    good 4 mi 00:34 08:30 pace

Didn't want to run too far because I'm doing a 15 mile bike ride later. Gotta have some legs for that.

  18. RUN
    alright 4 mi 00:34 08:30 pace

One of those days where I never felt right. Glad I only planned for running 4, cause anything more would have been rough.

  19. RUN
    great 9er 7.5 mi 01:03 08:27 pace

Felt good to do my usual route of a 700 foot elevation climb in under 8:30 pace.

  20. RUN
    alright 4.8 mi 00:42 08:38 pace

It was pretty obvious that I did nothing but drive and sit at conferences and baseball games the past 2.5 days. That was rough.
