      Great long one, Ty. If it makes you feel better, I never have water when I run. I wish I could get HR that low. Nice pace as well. Keep up the hard work.

    Hoping this is a trend. Mid-Tempo pace run. 1/4/1 with four miles at 7:03 pace avg. Decent HR and better yet, seemed like moderate effort.

    Had to cut this short to tend to the house and go to my son's swim tournament. Single 1750 vs. 500's.

    27 degrees at the start of this one with my running group. Nice steady miles. Was supposed to be at 45 secs over MP, but ran it closer to 30 sec over.

    Somethings go well together, Yasso's and Vegas however do not. Brutal fitting this into a travel & meeting schedule. 1 mile warm-up, 4 x 800's at 6:07 pace, 2 min RI, and 10 min. cooldown.
