    Coach prescribed nine min. mile pace medium (?) long run. Gorgeous Colorado day. Little bit of sun, uphill into a canyon gravel road along a river on the way up. Cool rain on the way downhill.

      I was just having this discussion with my 12 and 8 year old girls last night - I said my three favorite songs to run to were 1) Lose yourself, 2) Beautiful day by U2 and #3) Born to Run - Springsteen - they both liked Eye of the Tiger!
