Decent ride, but too many lights in the neighborhood loop. Wind and rain on the way back, but a great day.

Coach prescribed nine min. mile pace medium (?) long run. Gorgeous Colorado day. Little bit of sun, uphill into a canyon gravel road along a river on the way up. Cool rain on the way downhill.

Two mi warm-up, drills, started out at 8 min first ten min., 2nd ten at 7:15-7:20, 3rd ten started 6:58 and ramped to 6:48. One mi cooldown.
