    Adult swim at the community center! Lap swim only, which meant swimming the pool's length instead of it's width. Totally not used to that. And, man, I'm exhausted! But in a good way.

      I've been swimming since before I was walking! Years and years of lessons to become a lifeguard. But for the life of me now, I just kind of throw in some movements that seem like a stroke. :) Definitely an awesome break from regular cardio.
