      Awesome early a.m. run Stacia! If you decide to do those more often, let me know so we can meet up for at least part! I agree on hills. When I put smiley faces on some, it's just relative to the others -- and I guess working hard and feeling some burn sometimes feels "good" or even "great"!!

      Tom- ha I lived in Chi town late 80s and it was hard for me to get used to the flats!! Crazy!
      BTW guys, Pikes Peak sign up is today!! I am currently a doubler but am planning to pick my poison closer to the event!! Thinking marathon for something different this year!

      actually worse... down through the Village, down to close to the outlets, then all the way back up past the Country Club, felt like I was on Barr trail again, dropping over to breathe!!
