felt ok, it was HOT by this point.... just shook out my legs. Ended the last 3 miles with a killer right side stitch?? Could barely breathe. Hmmmm,?? It went away immediately tho.

Hope the ankles are all healed (sounds like they are since you ran today). I am sorry you didn't quite make the tip top... I kind of wanted to let you know it was a long haul that required an early start, but I also didn't want to discourage you either! So I hope I treaded that line... Ya it was looong!! Hot too. I loved it all except all that darn rock!! We got some amazing photos, hard to pick just a few to upload!! Always fun!! Honestly my main objective is the trail and the rock doesn't serve much purpose neither does getting to the 'top' so it was all good for me!! I know it is hard to understand :-)

Oh David, I do have a reserved spot!! Seriously, they now charge and the guys know me so if they aren't there we just move the cones and put the money on the dash and give it to them when we return. How cool is that!!
