First time I ran in about a month. My calves were hurting midway through because earlier in the day I went to the Swallow Cliff stairs.

Not bad at all for just getting over a cold. I did walk some, but I did sprint some. Didn't hit my goal of 20 miles this month (Only got to 19.6), but if I round up, I did.

This cold has kept me from running and working out all week. I'm hoping by tomorrow I'll be all better. At least now I can breathe from both nostrils!

I didn't feel too good while running. I could tell my poor food choices this weekend were catching up with me. I had to walk more than usual.
