  1. alright 2 mi / 00:22 10:54 pace

Blah.....this week has not been a good week for running. I (Chris) set up my new the Adidas micoach this afternoon.....a few more steps than the nike+ but so far I like it.

Hang in there, Dyani. You're gonna have those blah weeks from time-to-time; makes the good weeks stick out.

  2. alright 4.56 mi / 00:52 11:26 pace

Still waiting for micoach and pissy with my nike+.

  3. alright 2.87 mi / 00:38 13:17 pace

My nike+ is not working right......grrrr! I noticed it last weekend when it said I was running a 28 min mile! But I still used it this week while waiting for my micoach to come in.

  4. tired 7.66 mi

Tough run! I ran three days in a row so my legs were tight from the get go and it was super windy!

  5. great 5.02 mi / 00:51 10:12 pace

Has a nice run this morning.

  6. tired 3.03 mi / 00:33 11:02 pace

I did a Serina Williams Nike+ speed workout this morning on the TM and I really felt like I was working hard but my nike sensor show's that I actually ran slower than my easy runs. I think the fluctuating paces confused it :).

  7. Things are going great this week. I can't believe I logged 19 miles this week, that's not much compared to some of you running animals, but it is more than I have ever done in one week and I am super psyched! Happy running to all and to all a good ni... read more

  8. great 5.9 mi / 01:07 11:22 pace

This was my longest run yet, wasn't sure if I could/should do 6 since I had only run 5 one time but my wonderful hubby talked me into it and I'm sure glad he did. I had a great run!
