I opted out of a run or a ride today because my knee/ITB has been hurting a bit since my run on Saturday. I did still do my strength/core workout plus a yoga workout. I also rode the recumbent bike on low resistance for 30 minutes to warmup.

    Chris-- I find the pigeon pose is really good as well as the windshield wiper..I do them on off days along with the foam roller if I have tightness or pain.
