Hard to hold back on a short run after two days off but I have a track workout tomorrow so I didn't push too hard. Did my strength training/ core workout after.

    Deane--I do pushups, situps, hammercurls, planks (regular w/ feet on medicine ball and side), deadlifts, standing side leg lifts, bird dog, ball squeeze for the adductors, single leg glute raise, hip hike, back extension on the ball, tick tock w/medicine ball...That is what I did today..somedays are a little different but that is my basic routine right now
