Went pretty well. First 5 miles were under 8:20 pace...after that I hit a few hills and the soreness and stiffness kicked in so my pace slowed a bit. The good news is that I didn't have real *pain* the bad news is I do slow down once the stiffness sets in even if I am making the same effort. I am hoping that doing a mini taper next week, lots of stretching and rolling will help me be able to finish strong at the 3M half marathon.

    I wouldn't worry too much about the slow down. After your taper, you'll do awesome at the 3M 1/2!
