Middalia, nice job getting the miles in. I have to say that my knees (and feet) respond better when I commit to 2 full days off of running per week, even if the mileage is higher overall. Forces me to cross-train on those days off, or do yoga. 'Hope your knee feels better!

Cristy- I took 2 or 3 days off while marathon training and that was just right...I usually didn't run more than 3 in a row..I am not following a schedule right now which is what is getting me in trouble.
