What should have been an easy paced run felt hard.. was having a hard time breathin...maybe I need a rest day..Stayed with my husband the whole time, wasn't feeling peppy enough to run circles around him and chase him today.

I have that same problem...I just have these random days where I can't get a deep breath. It's not asthma or anything like that, but it's frustrating and makes easy runs feel terrible...my doc thought it might just be acid reflux or allergies. Have you had it before?? Hope you feel better and it goes away.

Take advantage of that nasty weather that is coming our way and take a couple of days off! You will feel better just in time for the more reasonable temperatures.

@Cynthia P. It happened over the summer this year..I think I was overtraining a bit, so it could be that or it could be allergies (cedar season down here in ATX can be pretty nasty)
