Hills in the rain 5.16 mi 00:46 08:49 pace

Original plan was a track workout but did not want to drive out in the rain this morning. Almost blew off the run completely but the rain calmed down a bit so I decided on a run in my neighborhood and I figured I might as well get my hills done so I did 4 X .5 mile hill repeat. Steady rain the whole time. Quads were sore from lunges yesterday so I took it nice and easy for the warm up, cool down and recovery jogs down the hill making the overall pace is slow. But I did manage to crush the pace on the uphill portions which I am happy about.
