great Mother/Daughter ride 5 mi

My daughter and I were up earlier than the guys, so I told her to get herself ready and we would go out for a bike ride. Nice and cool out again today. We took it easy and talked the whole time. She said she was glad it was just the two of us on this ride because she likes having "special time" together. I hope that we can keep this same relationship as we head into the pre teen and teenage years. She will be 11 in December..Yikes.

I love how your whole family is into excerise, I always see the mother/daughter, me/husband posts that is so great. Sounds like she really enjoyed it as well.
