Great Weather 9 mi 01:14 08:15 pace

Great day for a run here in Austin. Temperatures in the low 70s with low humidity. I started out my run a little faster than usual but I felt good so I figured I would stick with it...I think seeing Joe M on the trail twice during these 3 miles helped, he is so speedy :).. I relaxed a little after the 3 miles but kept a nice steady pace...had another fast mile at mile 7 because a guy kept looking back at me, not wanting me to pass him..well of course I had to :) relaxed during mile 8 and sped up for my last mile up the hill and across the dam...last mile was the fastest. Happy with today's run...foot felt uncomfortable but not painful today. Happy running all :)

    Middalia - awesome run this morning - it was great seeing you out there and you always put a little "hop" in my step.

    Felt like I could have run all-day out there. It was so wonderful. Hope that foot is still feeling well, and WTG on crushing that guy on mile 7 .... love it!
