Slow Hills 6.34 mi 00:56 08:46 pace

Title says it all. Just felt slow today...slow warm up..slow reps..slow recoveries..slow cool down...and I somehow lost count and only did the hill 5 times..oh well..

Hang in there! You got a good mileage of hills for sure. Do you massage the foot?

I'm still working towards the day I can call an 8:46 pace on hills a slow run. Great run!

Thanks guys...It was slower than last week, that is what is discouraging. I just didn't have any giddyup and go for the hills..the nice thing is that hubby was with me..always nice to have someone along when things aren't going so well.

Nina...I am and it feels better most of the time....mostly just bugs me during the run...I know I am not landing correctly to avoid the pain even though I try to keep good form.. Hubby says when I get tired I favor the one foot.

Oh man, that sucks. Sorry! Be careful. That's what I was doing right before shutting it down....I was landing and walking all funky due to pain and overcompensating, which was making it worse. Keep massaging it so you don't get bad scar tissue.

8:46 for hill reps is slow?! I'm going to need that training plan of yours that made you so speedy.
