It is great that you are sticking with the cross training! Check out this website: http://spinervals.com/ I have a whole set of these DVDs. I like them because it is not boring and a good workout, sort of like a spinning class.
Thanks Jay...it does get a littler boring..I will check them out.
Trainers are also good for developing focus; you really learn to play mind games with yourself.
