Another short track workout. Did the first rep alone and the rest with my husband in the first lane and me in the second. Well that was the plan but on the last two I had to scoot into the first lane to catch up and on the last I couldn't catch up. Of course I am not happy that I couldn't keep up...I'll have to run my sprints faster next week. 1:42, 1:39, 1:38, 1:34, 1:29, 1:35...I know horrible last one but honestly the fifth one was too fast for me.
