To Tropical Smoothie w/ the fam 3 miRight after my wokout we all walked up to tropical smoothie. When I started walking this was a very challenging workout for me..funny how much things have changed.

Trainer 01:00I behaved myself and did crosstraining today. One hour on the trainer and some weights/core stuff. I don't know how fast I am going, I need to buy a cadence gadget. Went well, lots of sweat.

I love using my trainer! One hour on the trainer is a great workout. If you do that a couple of times a week it should help your running out as well. Keep up the great work!

I live on my trainer. It's the only way I can ride with the kids being young still. In a few more years, I can hit the roads again.
