    Went to the track to run my tempo run today. Just focused on getting faster each mile: 8:16, 7:52, 7:44, 7:19, 7:06. Then I ran a 2 mile cool down on the gravel.

    Set Gary to an easy peasy 9 minute pace and stuck with it. Ran the mulch trail to the gravel loop and stayed on the gravel until I reached 5.

    Not sure why my long runs have been so hard for me lately. 14 miles should be a walk in the park, instead I was hurting all over and my legs felt super heavy. Oh well it is done.

      @Cristen P. I'll have to check that out.. I use the My Plate app and website.. I like it but being able to scan things would be cool.

    My legs seem to like these loops. Probably because it is pretty flat and soft. The injury pain or tightness didn't show up at all.
