    I did it!! #3 in 3 states in 8 days!! So tired, legs sore....glad that's done. Time to rest and concentrate on cross training for a little while now.

    Heat and humidity mixed with hills (Richmond & Laureate) made this a challenging run. I ended up walking an injured runner in for the last 0.5 miles.
