I'm so tired from 6-day-a-week training that I've not been keeping up with logging any workouts. If my measly beginner tri plan tires me out this much I just have no idea how the iron men (and women!) do it. I hold them in even more awe now.

But, anyway, who else is looking forward to a brick tomorrow?
