      Nice job -- not an easy ride. Yeah, coming down White's hill is always about 42 mph. Glad I switched from cycling to running -- think if you crashed at that speed. I already have a metal plate in my shoulder from a 27 mph crash.

    Long ride with the crew from work. Started at Crissy Field, up and around Hawk Hill, out and back on Tennessee Valley road, around Paradise loop and then back to Crissy via Sausalito. Man, I was beat!
