      Thanks Eric and Pavlos, that particular gym just got brand new Keiser spinning bikes and they are so smooth, makes it much more enjoyable to crank out some miles.

    Added some resistance on the Cycleops and pushed a heavier gear to get as close to a hill climb as possible on the trainer. Good workout.
