Getting back to a passable level of fitness and health, partly by riding a stationary bike. Also, fantasizing about a 180-mile, 3-day ride in June...

I've decided to drop my project. It's not that I can't make my goal and hit 3300km by the end of the year; it's that I'm not seeing any positive signs from the workouts. I'm in no better condition now than I was in December. There are other changes I have to make in my life before this kind of exercise can be meaningful. Perhaps I'll return when these changes have been made.

Quin - sorry to hear that. It's always hard to keep motivated, especially when you hit plateaus. Perhaps the journey was more about just the exercise though - it gave you something to focus on, to feel proud about, etc. Perhaps don't drop the project - put it on hold and come back to it.
