    Good. Lots of hills. Hard time pacing down and up long hills. Kicked it in a bit when I hit ten miles.

      Yes. If the gu brand bothers your stomach. Try the cliff brand gu. It's all natural and gu brand is synthetic. The beans were good. They have tons of flavors. I went by academy and picked up several things to try during training runs.

    Good. Used 6 hour energy shot and at 5 miles used Gu triple berry flavored. Had oatmeal for breakfast. Never did I think I would ever run miles in the double digits. Thank you Lord for my health!

    awesome. Started out feeling like my feet were in quicksand. Had margarita night before, probably didn't help. I was happy about the time though.

    Ran with Cathy and Ginny at 75th and Riverside with Runners World. We did mostly run, but walked some. Temperature was around 80 or so. To warm up we did a 15 minute bootcamp work out.
