Waited until today to log this one to see how my right leg felt today. It wasn't great. My knee is unhappy, I think with the impact of running (it seemed to be ok doing everything but running until yesteday's run, now it's bugging me while walking) is partly to blame. I could make it stop when I was actively trying to push off with my glutes, so my guess is that since those muscles are weaker now, I've been compensating by pushing off at my knee with my calf. I'm going to try and do a ride tomorrow an see if the bike bothers it, if it does I'll be taking a break from everything for a week or so to let it heal a bit. If the bike is ok, I'll just do a week or two doing only rides. On the upside, my left leg (the one I was in physical therapy for) feels great.

damn man, it sucks that that injury last year messed up everything so badly. Time should make it better, but fighting through it is a bitch.
