great Waterfront 15K 9.32 mi 01:24 08:59 pace

It was a windy windy day on the Seattle waterfront and I couldn't seem to find a place where it didn't feel like I was running into the wind. This actually felt a lot better than I thought it was going to, when I decided to tack another 5K on to my scheduled 10K run "just for the hell of it" I was pretty sure the last 5k was going to be painful. But it actually all felt pretty good.
