alright Pilates & Weights 00:30

Got in a pilates and weights workout. Knee has been bothering me since my Tuesday run. It's reminiscent of past ITband issues. So, I've been pampering it, not running and "loving" on my foam roller. Knee is still aching so no long run today. I HATE this... Bothersome knee or not I am running with Lila S. Tues, with my sharks on Wednesday followed by a Thurs jaunt. fyi Coach Caleb M. looks like we will probably need to repeat this week's training schedule, given the suckage that is my knee/ITBand this week. Hittng the trainer for a ride tomorrow to keep up the cardio fitness

    Knees and IT suck! Take it from me. Ugh. I hope it's not that bad and you'll be back on the road next weekend! Pilates has helped me recovery so much faster.
