Long run buddy is sick so given timing etc...long slow 10 mile run will take place tomorrow. Should be fun. The route is through the valley from my office in Geeenspring to my house. It's exactly 10! Serendipity I think :). So with this last min schedule change I had to get a hardcore cardio workout in and boy did I. From all of the above in the title to planks, spider man crawls, mountain climbs, kick boxing kicks and every upper body weight work imaginable etc... I am zonked! No off day for me this week given my having to move my long run to Monday. This upcoming week's mileage will make me look like a bad ass... Too bad I'm not really ... Yet! This is still base building.;)
