Crosstraining day today. Plan was 5 miles, ideally in 15 minutes, but as you can see that didn't happen. Want to keep today's workout light on the legs. Long run is on tap for tomorrow w/ Lila S. & the Pacemakers, unless impending wintry mix prevails. In that case I will do a s-l-o-w 35 min jog tomorrow and we will do our long run Sunday on a super cool & different route I have hatched up. (Can you guess what I hope happens? ;) I am going to get in some upper body weight work and call it a day! Max Speed 24.3
