      Hate that---I wanted to run long today and didn't have time. Even though I have more flexibility with my schedule, clients still get in the way!! I probably try for 6 runs a week and am happy to get in 4-5.

      @Laura I do have compression calf sleeves and am living in them :) Thank you everyone! I just need to listen to the body and rest it when it tells me it needs to rest. It will come together and the body will lead the charge :)
