Finally got off my butt and did something besides playing hockey. I am still have plantar faciitis issues, so I stuck to the elliptical.

If it is hot enough, that is probably where I will end up. I am hoping for an overcast day with a low of 35 with 55 being the temp at the end of the run. Then it will be 10:00's-10:30's. Last year it was 75, no wind, no clouds at the start. :(

Congrats!!! Oddly enough, the crappier (read "loser") I tie my shoes the less blister issues I have. Who knows?! Luckily I was in a cab back to my car when the first deluge was unleashed.
