    Country Music Half, blistered at mile 7, ran slow and had to stop for medical aid on the way. My legs actually felt good and we beat the storms!

      Congrats!!! Oddly enough, the crappier (read "loser") I tie my shoes the less blister issues I have. Who knows?! Luckily I was in a cab back to my car when the first deluge was unleashed.

    It was hot hot hot. My moving average was about 10:00's, but I had to walk a time or two, so it ended up being 11's.

      Cool. Can you put a target on your back so i can try to catch you the whole time? Im thinking more like 11:30's unless a miracle happens :)

      If it is hot enough, that is probably where I will end up. I am hoping for an overcast day with a low of 35 with 55 being the temp at the end of the run. Then it will be 10:00's-10:30's. Last year it was 75, no wind, no clouds at the start. :(

    Great run, pushed really hard and averaged 10's while running, and even spanked out a 7:55 sprint finish. Not a bad run.

    Ran for comfort, but my foot (ankle mostly) is hurting. I think I am going to skip the 12 mile long run tomorrow and then run 10-12 miles on Sunday morning.

    HOT HOT HOT. Makes sense that I ran at noon. :/ My watch died so I ran 4ish miles in 44ish minutes. Short run tomorrow, then a big old 12 miler Saturday.
