    Decent run, not a great pace, but better than last weeks run.

    Cold this morning, ran further and faster than any morning run thus far. Alex had some trouble getting used to running in the cold, but he figured it out.

    First full run since starting back. Sadly Plantar Faciities may become a problem soon. Lots of IB's for me. Alex ran with me for the first half, and then smoked me on the way back.

    No more late night pizza before running in the morning. Ran/Walked the whole what and generally felt like crap. Rest day tomorrow.
