      Good job- I've never done Yoga myself but at the YMCA I work at they say the Flow classes are a little more difficult- more intermediate level.

      Great to hear, I find yoga very grounding and at least think of practicing it daily, but it ends up being only 1 or 2 times a week despite my good intentions. Keep it up, it has it's own rewards.
