    I love fall, I love running at night and if I didn't have kids Sophie and I would have stayed out running all night tonight just felt so good to be out there in the cool air watching the sun set

    Ran around Newport this morning and it was awesome I love the ocean. I did some half mile bursts testing legs for speed and went well was able to stay in 8:15 range I'm having a fun honeymoon!!!
