    Ran around Newport this morning and it was awesome I love the ocean. I did some half mile bursts testing legs for speed and went well was able to stay in 8:15 range I'm having a fun honeymoon!!!

    Then did rowing, lat pull downs, triceps, push-ups and core work

    Wedding in 3 weeks means upper body crunch time haha

      You have to give yourself a break! Your body is doing all kinds of work right now and you're going to have good runs and bad runs for the foreseeable future. Remember-a bad run is still better than no run. Let your body do what it needs to do. That breastfeeding is hard work Mama!
