      I'm in the Bay Area :) it's nice but I'm sure the trails would be more fun!! I will have to do that next time we are out here @Larisa my in laws live here so we come out once or twice a year

      I plank, do sit ups on a bosu ball, side plank, standing oblique crunches. The only an exercises I avoid now are ones where I lay flat on my back but all the others are still fine :)
