Finally squeezed in a workout. I have been very busy this past couple of days. I'm glad that the 3 days rest made me stronger. I feel like, I just breezed through the workout and made me do it twice since my last hills workout.


awesome job!!... i agree....it's always nice to get some rest, but when you do go back to workout... it does feel great.!!! :)
