First run after the crash. Today's program was supposed to be a easy 10k to break in my new trail shoes. I had to do some hill repeats. High cadence on recovery. Fartlek all through out but mostly easy. Ran off road on opportunities. Slight knee pain on the way back. Walked it off and ran some more. Stretched after hills and drills. Stretched also at home. I missed running. I would have run some more if, I only had more time.
