    Long stretch and foam rolling that would make Chio proud. Some core workout and cocoa and oatmeal for breakfast.

    Morning bike ride at MOA. Wind was all over the place. Had an accident at CCP loop. Overshot a curve and crashed. Scraping my knees and elbows.
