    Amazingly warm this morning (60ΒΊ). W2D2 for my 90/120 pick ups. Did at least 6 sets after mile 7 and it kept my pace in check until the last hard hill.

    W2D1 of pick-ups based on the ol' C25K program. 90/120 x6 today. I think I did 8 tho. Feels GREAT to be keeping my pace under 12mm on these shorter runs again.
