    Day 17...I havent been in the gym since Thursday due to a busy weekend. I was happy to get back in there today and do something. I will be back in full effect tomorrow.

    Day 13 went good. I pushed myself to do more cardio this time. I'm dong a great job on the dieting.

    Day 12 and 8lbs lighter. Jumping rope is pretty intense. I've been drinking a gallon of water a day and really starting to see the changes.

    Day 10 is a "wrap". Although a little soar still from the "Body Pump" workout. I was able to get in and mix it up.

    Michelle Carther-Damis put a hurting on me in the EPD workout. It was an amazing class. I'm mean the class had the whole room steaming.

    I started with weights, felt a little sluggish when I got on the Precor machine. Feeling a little weak right now.

    A little weak after the weight training. The cardio tired me out for a little while. I was good to go after I ate some protein and chugged down a lot of water

    Used medium high resistance. Heart rate was pretty consistent and I felt good afterwards. Cant wait to get in there today.
