    Not sure it was wise to run this morning when I have a 5k tonight. But I took it nice and easy. It just felt dumb not to run a little to warm up before doing some strength exercises.

    I've come to the radical conclusion that in order to get better at hills, one must practice running on hills.
    This was a warm-up and cool-down, with 10 times up and down a short, but steep, hill.
