  4. RUN
    7.5 mi 01:36 12:48 pace

Such a great run at Salem Lake. It was also Renly's longest run ever! I can't believe we kept up this pace, considering she has to sniff everything and I'm going through one of the m... read more

    Dreadmill. Followed by strength routine.

  9. RUN
    3.75 mi 00:36 09:28 pace

A good little run with the dog. I am finally feeling better and don't have to stop to walk/hack up a lung if I go faster than 10:00 :-/

  10. RUN
    2.77 mi

Took the dog out for a jog this morning. She really needed to stretch her legs and now we are going on a short day-road trip. Hopefully she will be relatively chill in the car.

  12. RUN
    3 mi

It was 65 degrees and sunny here today, but between one thing and another, this was all I could squeeze in, and on the dreadmill to boot. I also managed to do a strength workout, so there's that.

  13. RUN
    4.35 mi 00:42 09:36 pace

the first couple of miles were really great! I was starting to feel like I was over this sickness that has been with me since Thanksgiving. But I still really struggle on hills (more than usual) an... read more

This is probably my favorite trail to run anywhere. Even if it does seem uphill both ways! Rolling hills, slightly technical, creek crossings keep it interesting.

  17. RUN
    tired 4.45 mi

That was awful. I could never feel quite warmed up, and not because it's 19 degrees. I just felt stiff in my quads and unmotivated in my head.
