Entries

  1. RUN
    4.9 mi

Run/walk with the Belmar Run Club!

  2. RUN
Waterton Canyon, Colorado Trail 9.75 mi

A little run-hike to find my friend Billy, finishing the Colorado Trail today. Didn't see him, but saw lots of wildlife!

  3. RUN
    Apex Trails 6 mi 01:37 16:10 pace

    A little faster than Sunday!

  4. RUN
    Apex Trail 6 mi 01:38 16:19 pace

With 1500' of elevation gain, this trail is one hour up, 38 minutes down! :)

  5. RUN
Lair o' the Bear trails 13 mi 03:22 15:32 pace

It was hot, I ran out of water in the last 4 miles, and there were about 2000 feet of climbing. So I'm not too stressed about that slow pace.

  6. RUN
    Belmar Run Club 4.75 mi

Run up to the club, run a lap of the park with Lisa, run to Rocko's, run home!

  7. RUN
    Mt. Sherman 5.25 mi

    Another gorgeous 14er hike!

  8. RUN
Highline Canal trail 15 mi 03:20 13:20 pace

A little slower than I expected, but it got very hot towards the end of my run.

  9. RUN
    1 mi

    Dreadmill before strength workout.

  10. RUN
    3 mi

Junk miles, but fun miles! Ran a scavenger hunt in RiNo, looking for coupons for free socks among the amazing street art around there!

  11. RUN
    Belmar-Addenbrooke 4.88 mi 00:48 09:46 pace

Considering the long, hot, challenging trail run I did yesterday, I am really shocked and surprised how well this went!

  12. RUN
Lair o' the Bear trails 12 mi 02:55 14:35 pace

50-mile training begins today! It was hot out there. I ran out of water, so the last couple of miles were rough. But a great trail to train on. 1800' of elevation gain.

  13. RUN
    Mt. Bierstadt 7.71 mi

Climbed my 8th 14er since living in Colorado! Loved this one for its beautiful scenery, wildflowers, and relatively un-technical terrain. And the name--Beer City ;)

  14. RUN
Tour de Belmar 3.37 mi 00:33 09:49 pace

This felt great! The pace doesn't really show it, but I actually enjoyed this run and felt fast at some moments. Negative splits.

  15. RUN
    2 mi

Dreadmill, lots of incline. Warmup before weights.

  16. RUN
Belmar Park laps 5.1 mi 00:54 10:35 pace

One lap with Renly, one lap on my own.

  17. RUN
Lair o' the Bear 4 mi

Very nice trail run followed by a cookout with Runners Roost folks.
