Felt a little better on this run. The legs felt good, but man I was hungry for some reason. Went out easy, and increased to race effort, holding a 9:15 - 9:25ish/mile pace for 30 minutes in some really muggy Florida evening weather. Wrapped up with a 5 minute cool down walk and stretched a bit.
Only just under 2 weeks to go to hit our goal and raise funds for the Ulman Cancer Fund and TEAM FIGHT.
