Felt like I had the transition run wobble down pat today! 3 min T-run then 3 x 20 second strides. Legs actually started to come around after the 3rd stride set. Easy jog back to the car.
After not getting much in this week, I think that my body definitely went on strike for pushing it today. Oh well, it will thank me later.
