Haven't been to pilates in at least two months. I know I'm going to feel this tomorrow. I was embarrassed by all the fitness I loss and how I couldn't hold a plank more than 30 seconds. It's definitely like starting over. My lower back has bothered me the last few times I've run, so I knew it was time to strengthen it.
