Pretty good! After not running for 6 weeks, I put in a 3 miler and handled it pretty well. Glad I did the run - least I could do after volunteering for aid station 1 for the run leg of the Steelhead Triathlon. Everyone looked great after doing the swim and bike, but it's not something I'll be signing up for! I've volunteered for smaller 5Ks, so that was the first time I had to hand out water - interesting experience and the first pro grabbed my cup!
