Back at it. I took about a month off from running. Not on purpose.... although that Turkey Trot was my worst of the year. I took a new job about three months ago and sort of lead dual in two locations. I'm finally kind of settling in and I'm planning to do the Kalamazoo Marathon in May instead of the Indy Mini... that means training needed to begin today. Work pays for half a gym membership so I am taking advantage of it. As much as I wanted to skip the gym, I made it. And then I thought, I need to get back on DailyMile to get encouragement and dish it out. I'm back!
