great job Trish! I am in the Oklahoma City Land Runners running club and we are doing our six mile training run this coming Saturday. I am training for a half marathon I will be running in April. Most are training for the full marathon and will be running 12 miles this Saturday! Happy Running!

After recovering quickly from my first run, and still feeling rather energetic, I ran again!!! Still did not burn off everything I had from the night before (will need many more runs for that!)
