      Sucks he died - but from what I read he forced the tragedy on himself. Anybody that wears earbuds and tunes out the traffic noise is playing russian roulette. Same for sans salad bowl.

    Parked my HR in the aerobic zone, averaged around 16mph around Mercer twice. HR chart looked like a table, just how I like it. Nice and disciplined.

      My effort in dropping the wanker who buzzed me on the I90 bridge was a great effort (I rode away from him with one hand deliberately off my bars to make it look easy).

      To be fair he did nothing wrong but startle me.

    So - how many of you are using, or prefer to use Strava? It's data tracking is WAY better, social features worse.

      I use both at the moment. I add my rides here with more commentary and use Strava for the stats. Strava has a long way to go for it to replace DM as an 'the one tool'.

      I think if Strava added things like direct messages, or a more prominent notes section it would be much better.
