Nice one, Bernie. I don't know about you, but I'm finding out that it was easier to do long rides in NYC. Gone are the days of a long ride under the belt before lunch. Here, you have to factor in all the extra climbing if you want to go on a nice scenic route, and take plenty of food. I can't believe how much I ate on the Zayante route I did last weekend.

I didn't realize you moved out of NYC Bernard. When did that happen? Nice job in the wet too. I guess you'll have to get used to that in Seattle.

I'm sorta bicoastal - family and 2 bikes in NYC, 2 bikes in Seattle, but the goal is to move them out here in July! Yep, riding in rain is part of the deal. If you dont do that, then you dont ride!

    • Kris R.

Did you get hit by any waves on the I-90 bridge? A few splashed me. Also, for some reason, I got hit by a lot of debris from the NORTH riding across the bridge...
