She runs ultras and just got a road bike, easy ride to Piermont. Hot and sunny.
Garmin died - forgot to charge. Time inexact. HR high, probably jet lag and stress. But beautiful out today, worked on my arm tan and left gloves home.
End of day easy spin, still warm out.
Purdy out. Ranier was awesome. Sunny, warm.
Drops just starting falling as I rolled up to the office. But being Seattle, just as likely to be sunny in the next hour.
Parked my HR in the aerobic zone, averaged around 16mph around Mercer twice. HR chart looked like a table, just how I like it. Nice and disciplined.
Was nice spin, bagel Friday at Bungie.
Damn, it was a fine morning.
Stopped raining. I think it's because I put on rain gear.
